Cutting methods and precautions for 304 stainless steel plates
Large quantities of 304 stainless steel plates should be cut using automatic pipe cutting machines as much as possible. The automatic pipe cutting machines are controlled by servo motors and have a high quantity that can reach the wire level. The cutting tool used is a high-speed steel saw blade. Ordinary grinding wheel blades, high-speed steel saw blades, and vibration cutting can all be used with high accuracy.
Cutting precautions:
1. 304 stainless steel plate should be placed horizontally, with the diameter direction parallel to the tool, that is, the tool should be perpendicular to the pipeline, so that the diameter of the stainless steel plate is flat;
2. Leave enough margin, such as for mechanical cutting, the blade must have a certain width. Only by leaving enough margin can the pipeline length be sufficient, and the 304 stainless steel plate mouth can be adjusted;
3. When mechanical cutting, manual lubrication should be continuously carried out to remove metal fragments from the cutting edge, in order to avoid affecting the cutting effect.
